2019 Spring Head Coaches Announcement

The Board of Directors are pleased to announce the
2019 Spring Predators Head Coaches:

We are thrilled to officially welcome back Coach Brandon Eaket for his 3rd season as Senior Varsity Head Coach.

Having clearly demonstrated how to build a program capable of competing at the highest levels along with a strong track record of recruiting, developing and mentoring high-quality athletes from all over Waterloo Region, we are excited to have Coach Eaket once again take the reins and look forward to watching  the SV program continue to flourish under his direction.

Coach Eaket has his sights firmly set on success for next season. “2018 was an incredible experience and we are excited to build off that success. Our program returns an outstanding core group that will compete again with the best in the province. We are extremely proud of winning the Dittmer Conference in 2018 but will not settle for anything less than a Provincial Championship in 2019”

We couldn't agree more! Welcome Back Coach!

We are excited to announce Iosko Assenov as our 2019 JV Head Coach.
When we started our search for the new leader of our JV program, we wanted a coach with not only strong football knowledge and a solid foundation in player development, but great character and integrity. Someone who could be a role model for our athletes and knows how to relate to youth, able to inspire them to always give their best.
We are extremely fortunate that Iosko will bring this winning combination of qualities and more to our JV program!

Iosko is a proud Predator alumni, having also played during his high school years at Cameron Heights and for one season with the University of  Waterloo Warriors, where he graduated with BA in Legal Studies, Criminology.
Currently coaching this season with Cameron Heights Football, Iosko has enjoyed previous experience with St Mary's High School  as Offesnive Coach & Strength and Conditioning  as well as past coaching terms with Cameron Heights.

With a youthful, skilled and ambitious coaching staff that will include a number of current Waterloo Warriors players, including the return of  everyone's favourite defense coaches Shaq Seally and Mike Reid,  together with Iosko's commitment to competitive excellence and mentorship, we are looking forward to a very successful 2019 JV season.

Iosko will hit the ground running, and is ready to meet all current and prospective JV Predators at high school games this Fall. So keep an eye open for him and make sure to introduce yourself!

Please give a warm welcome to Coach Iosko!
