We are excited to announce our three head coaches for the 2023 OFFL Fall tackle football season.

Three Alumni Take the Lead!
What makes this announcement extra special is that each of the 3 head coaches for our Fall season are proud alumni of our program. It speaks volumes about the close bonds we create within our football community as these players have chosen to give back by volunteering their time to coach. Their dedication and commitment is a testament to the lasting impact our program has on our players.

U10 Head Coach - Nicholas Morgado

We are excited to announce Nick Morgado as our Fall U10 Head Coach.

Nick brings a wealth of experience and high football IQ to our U10 team.
Having played football for numerous years with both our program and the Grand River Renegades, Nick has proven his skills on the field, earning WCSSAA First Team All star honours.
Not only an exceptional player, Nick has also served as an assistant positional coach with our Fall U12 team.
He has had the privilege of learning from experienced coaches who have shaped his coaching style and approach. Nick is excited to bring those valuable lessons and focus on skill development with our U10 team.

Let's give Coach Nick Morgado a warm Jr Warriors welcome and join us in supporting him and our U10 team as they embark on an exciting season ahead!

U12 Head Coach - Robert Boyd

Please join us in welcoming back Coach Robert Boyd!

Coach Robert returns has been doing an outstanding job coaching our Spring U12 Jr Warriors, leading them to an undefeated record as they charge into the semifinals this weekend!

One of Coach Robert's exceptional qualities is his ability to motivate our young athletes and help them reach their full potential. He understands the importance of instilling confidence, discipline, and teamwork in our players, creating an environment where they can thrive in all aspects of player development.

As an alumni of our program, Coach Robert exemplifies the values and spirit that define the Waterloo Jr Warriors. We are incredibly proud to see him continue to give back to the community in a coaching role, ensuring that the next generation of players receives the same exceptional coaching and mentorship he experienced.

U14 Head Coach - Jordan Schmidt

We are delighted to introduce Jordan Schmidt as the newly appointed Head Coach for our U14 Fall Jr Warriors

A recent graduate of the University of Waterloo, Jordan also played football with the Warriors as a Dlineman for 4 seasons.

An alumni of our program, Jordan has been an integral part of our football family for several years. He understands our program's core principles and the dedication required for success.

Additionally, Jordan has demonstrated exceptional coaching abilities while serving as a positional coach for our U16 team over the past two seasons, making significant contributions to their success. This experience has further honed his coaching skills and solidified his dedication to developing young athletes.

With his background in USports and commitment to football, we have complete confidence that Jordan will have a tremendous impact on our U14 team this fall!
