High Performance Athletic Training

We are excited to announce that we have partnered again with Collins Athletic Performance(CAP) to provide an elite football specific training program tailored specifically to our current and future athletes.(U14, U16, U18)

If you are serious about improving your strength, speed, and overall performance in a personalized small group setting alongside your teammates, then register today for training sessions that start first week of November.

Whether you've played Jr Warriors football or are planning on playing in 2024, this is your best opportunity for athletic development before the season.

Training Staff
Training staff includes established CFL players and current USports standouts who are not only highly qualified for the job, they know what it takes to play at the next level.

CAP is the only true local gym for FOOTBALL players to get pesonalized training towards FOOTBALL!

What's Included?
20 x 1 hour sessions $245 (including HST)
Each structured session focuses on all aspects of football development including plyometrics, change of direction, injury prevention and a mixture of mobility training, weight training and High Intensity Interval training. 

Each session will have approximately 20 athletes and 2 trainers.  If sessions sell out we will add more times.

We have exclusive times at the gym for our athletes as follows:

U14 Dates and Times **Currently full.....waitlist in effect to open another timelsot
Once per week , 10am Saturday's
STARTS Saturday Nov 11

U16 Dates and Times  *** Currently Full.  
Wednesdays at 9 PM and Saturdays 11 AM
STARTS Wednesday, November 8. 

U16/U18 combined group Dates and Times
Tuesdays at 9 PM and Saturdays 12 PM
