Equipment Fitting Dates

Hi all Fall Predators!
Thank you for registering to play tackle football with us this Fall.
We have scheduled equipment fittings on the following dates:

Friday Aug 13
6:30pm - 9pm

Saturday Aug 14
10am - 3pm

Sunday Aug 15
10am - 3pm

Reserve Your Fitting Time

For the first time we are using an online booking system to schedule your equipment fitting. This will allow a smaller group of 6 players per hour to be fitted and allow for social distancing.

Please reserve your preferred time slot using our online reservation system.

You will be fitted for:

Helmet
Shoulder Pads
Game Pants / Practice Pants
Game Jersey / Practice Jersey

Important Information

NEW PLAYERS
While we provide most of the gear, personal items that can't be reused must still be purchased and is available at LockUp.
Mouth Guard $3
Girdle $50
Knee Pads $10
Socks $10
Hard Chin Strap $25  (must be purchased for helmet fitting)

Take care of the gear as it can be used in consecutive seasons until your player outgrows it.

Personal Equipment

RETURNING PLAYERS
PLEASE bring your girdle with you for fittings so we can get the proper pants sized correctly.
Check your existing personal equipment from 2019 and ensure it still fits.
If you own a chin strap or other personal football equipment, (helmet/shoulder pads) it MUST be present at time of fitting.  We need to make a record of your personal equipment for liability purposes. Helmets will not be released until we have verified and recorded your personal football equipment.

Lock Up Location

We are LOCATED AT:
3 Hoffman St
Unit 7
Kitchener

We are at the back when you take the entrance at the end of Hoffman. Drive up the sloped driveway, and we are the end unit to the left next to the fence.   Parking can be tight especially on equipment fitting days, so you may need to park in spots further away on Hoffman and walk to our unit.

Payment Terms and Equipment Deposit

To purchase gear (girdles, socks, chin straps), we accept cash, debit and credit but no cheques.
Please be prepared to provide a $450 security deposit for equipment.
The deposit can be made by credit card or cheque. We don't actually process the deposit, we simply record your credit card number or keep the cheque in case gear is not returned at the end of the season.
